Booth assignments will be determined by the Wags & Waves Committee. While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, space is limited and booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each booth must be attended at all times during the event.
Minors under the age of 18 may assist at booths, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Vendors are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of any minor attendants.
The use of personal sound systems, including boom boxes or recorded music, is not permitted in vendor areas.
Event management reserves the right to remove any group or individual who engages in behavior or displays materials that are, in the sole opinion of the event organizers, inappropriate or inconsistent with the mission and spirit of the event.
All participants must submit a signed and dated application along with a release of liability before being permitted to set up. Each vendor assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage to their merchandise, equipment, or materials during the event—including transport, storage, setup, and breakdown.
The Committee reserves the right to deny or revoke booth space at any time without recourse. No liability will be assumed by the Committee for this action.
All fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or cancellation by the vendor.
No exclusive rights for the sales of any item will be granted to vendors.
Depending on your sponsorship level and the timing of your application, your organization or business may be listed on the Wags & Waves website and other promotional materials.
Bringing alcohol of any kind—including beer and wine—into the park is strictly prohibited. Hawaiian Waters is a non-smoking facility.
This is a litter-free event. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event and for cleaning up any waste—including pet waste—immediately and thoroughly.
Only vendors who have completed the appropriate food vendor application and obtained a valid food permit will be permitted to sell food or beverages.
Vendor parking is located near the back gate. Please park only in the designated vendor parking area.
All booth participants must present valid vendor identification at Vendor/Volunteer check-in or pay the standard entrance fee.
Note: All attendees and participants must sign an event liability waiver before entering the park. Waivers can be downloaded from the event website or filled out at the entrance on the day of the event.
Setup begins at 7:00 AM. All booths must be completely set up by 9:30 AM on the day of the event. Vehicles must be moved from the loading area immediately after unloading.
All property brought onto the event site must be removed during designated load-out times. Any items left behind may be removed by event staff at the owner's expense.
